We discovered “22 major mistakes that small businesses make,” and 99% of all small businesses make at least one of them. Any of them can have disastrous affects on your business and personal life. So we poured ourselves into how to prevent these major mistakes from happening. In so doing, we’ve taken courses, read books and tried many of the methods to find what truly works and what doesn’t. We’ve also devised a “Business Checkup” that helps alert the business, its owners and lawyers to any current problems and concerns. Our firm and its lawyers have over half a century of actual legal experience representing large and small businesses, and/or their owners. We practice in only three areas: business and commercial law, white collar crime, and private client matters (See our practice areas section).
